Project templates, once created, can easily be applied to future projects.
Project templates are stored in the Templates & Styles tab.
In the Project Templates tab, click the Create New Template button.
In the Template drop-down list, select the content set that is available to you. This corresponds with your level of subscription.
*Please note that if you do not select a content set, a blank template will be generated, and there will be no content available for you to work with.
Give your template a name, and then hit Save. Then, click the three dots on the right-hand side, next to your newly created template and select Edit.
Select a trade section to work with by clicking on one of the options under Go To Section on the left-hand side.
In each section, click the three dots on the far right-hand side, next to the trade you wish to edit, and select Edit.
You can format the document in many ways: change Header text to Paragraph text, enter URLs, highlight text, or add tables.
To change the name of a section, click the pencil icon next to the section title in bold. If you want to hide a section, click the eye icon.
Tick the Mark as Complete box in the top-right corner when you are finished with your edits. Then hit the Save icon to save your template.
